Our Chef Operation Host
We understand the considerable importance of the food as an integral part of your holiday enjoyment and experience and our formidable international executive chef, not only runs the kitchen in a very organised and efficient way and with immaculate hygiene, he delivers your menus to an exceptional standard that better any restaurant in town. We are not into overused adjectives, but we would put our chef up there with the very best there is – those who have sampled his food will agree. You wont get any better from those who propose “gourmet food” as a USP.
The Operations Host is responsible for the smooth running of the technical aspects of the chalet and will look after the fires, utilities, jacuzzi etc. and general chalet maintenance on a daily basis to ensure that everything is working properly and remains in good condition for your stay. He will also assist with your luggage on arrival and as a professionally qualified driver, will assist in taking you to the slopes each day and transfers to and from the airport.
Our Housekeeping host is responsible for the housekeeping, laundry, cleanliness of the chalet and keeping everything tidy. She will be looking after all the janitorial, linen and bedroom duties as well as serving your pre-dinner drinks and “amuse-bouche”, service at meals and looking after the wine. If you need anything in the chalet or rooms, just ask, she is very helpful, happy and has very high standards!.
Note: The hosts are here to look after you, serve your meals, clean your rooms and maintain the chalet. They are very motivated to make your holiday as good as it can be and will work hard to make sure that all reasonable needs are catered for, so the better you treat them the better they will treat you.
